Double-sided ice cream

Ingredients in the correct sequence:

• 4 cups vanilla ice cream, melted
For chocolate chip cookies:
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• ½ teaspoon baking soda
• ½ teaspoon of salt
• ⅓ cup melted butter
• ½ cup light brown sugar
• ⅓ cup sugar
• 1 egg
• ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract, or 10 g of vanilla sugar
• ¾ cup of chocolate chips
For the chocolate side:
• 2 cups dark chocolate
• ½ cup popped rice or nuts
