Ingredients in the correct sequence:

1) Blueberry-Banana Smoothie:
• 1 cup blueberries (100 g)
• 1 cup spinach (40 g)
• 1 banana, sliced
• 1 and ½ cup ice (225 g)
2) Smoothie with spinach, kiwi and banana:
• 1 cup of milk (240 ml) to choose from
• 2 cups spinach (60 g)
• 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
• 3 kiwi sliced
• 1 banana, sliced
